TERMINOS Y CONDICIONES PARA EL ACCESO A LA PLATAFORMA DE E-LEARNING DE COCKPITSTUDIO
COCKPITSTUDIO garantiza a los usuarios registrados el derecho intransferible de acceso a la plataforma de e-Learning y los cursos a los que estén registrados.
Se entiende por Acceso, la utilización de los cursos sólo para propósitos de formación.
El usuario se compromete a:
- No copiar, reproducir o bajar el curso para otro propósito que no sea el de la normal operación on-line ni hacer ningún tipo de modificación del curso o el software en el cual está basado.
- No traducir, modificar, licenciar, redistribuir o crear versiones derivativas del curso.
- Usar el curso en estricta observancia de estos términos y condiciones
- Mantener su contraseña confidencial y no traspasarla a terceras personas sin un consentimiento explícito y por escrito de COCKPITSTUDIO
Este contenido de los cursos está diseñado con fines didácticos. NO ESTA PENSADO PARA USO OPERACIONAL. COCKPITSTUDIO no acepta responsabilidad alguna por el uso indebido de este material.
Los tripulantes deberán atenerse a la legislación vigente en todo momento.
COCKPITSTUDIO podrá crear nuevas versiones del curso que pueden incluir modificaciones, adaptaciones, correcciones o actualizaciones.
COCKPITSTUDIO no estará obligado a notificar a los usuarios de tales nuevas versiones.
Todos los derechos, marcas y otros derechos de propiedad intelectual generados en relación con la plataforma de E-learning y los cursos son de la sola propiedad de COCKPITSTUDIO.
El acceso de usuario a la plataforma de E-learning y al curso al cual esté registrado puede ser deshabilitado por COCKPITSTUDIO después de un período de inactividad (al menos 365 días). Después de dicho período el usuario tendrá que volver a registrarse.
COCKPITSTUDIO dará por terminado este acuerdo en cualquier momento si el usuario incumple algunos de estos términos y el acceso a la plataforma de E-learning será interrumpido de inmediato.
| TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ACCESSING THE COCKPITSTUDIO E-LEARNING PLATFORM
COCKPITSTUDIO grants registered Users a non-transferable right to access the E-Learning Platform and the course/s for which they are registered.
"Access" shall mean utilisation of the Courses for which you are registered for training purposes only.
The User undertakes:
- not to copy, reproduce, and/or download the Course (other than for normal operation on-line) nor to disassemble, decompile or reverse engineer the Course and/or underlying software.
- not to translate, modify, lease, rent, loan, redistribute, sub-lease, sub-license or create derivative works from the Course.
- to Use the Course in strict accordance with these terms and conditions.
- not to grant access, under your Password, to any person other than yourself without prior explicit written consent from COCKPITSTUDIO.
The content of courses are intended for training purposes only. NOT MEANT FOR OPERATIONAL USE. COCKPITSTUDIO does not accept responsibility for the illegal use of this material.
The crew will have to rely at all moment on the effective legislation.
COCKPITSTUDIO may create new versions of the Course which may include modifications, adaptations and updates. COCKPITSTUDIO has no obligation to notify existing Users of such new versions.
All copyright, trade marks and other intellectual property rights subsisting in connection with the E-Learning Platform and/or Course are and remain the sole property of COCKPITSTUDIO.
The User’s access to the E-Learning Platform and Courses on which he is registered may be disabled by COCKPITSTUDIO after a long period of inactivity of the User (at least 365 days). After such period the User shall have to re-register.
COCKPITSTUDIO will terminate this Agreement at any time if the User is found in breach of any of these terms and access to the Learning Server and/or Course will be immediately interrupted.
